Pastor Mike Martin is serving as the senior pastor since March 2007. Mike served as pastor in three other churches in Florida since he graduated from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 1989. Mike has graduate school training in Instructional Design and Development from the University South Alabama and earned his bachelors in science from the University of South Carolina.

Mike served in the Navy as a helicopter pilot from 1980 through 1988. When not serving vocationally in the church Mike worked with the Navy Department developing training and later as a consultant conducting analyses and designing training materials primarily for the Navy and Army. Prior to coming to CrossRoads Mike worked with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, also developing training materials.

Mike married Suzanne Owens from Memphis, TN. They have two daughters, Elizabeth and Stephanie. Liz is married to Adam Belcher of Tallahassee. Stephanie is enrolled full-time at Valencia Community College as a distance learning student. The Martin’s make their home in Tallahassee, Florida.
